Areas and Accountabilities

Sales: Maximize store sales versus budget and prior years, through transaction and ticket growth, implementation of marketing programs and promotions. Develop staff to perform outstanding customer service.- Profits: Maximize store profits versus budget and prior years. Manage food and labor costs and other controllable expenses.- People Development: Develop staff to maximize their contribution and to be ready for future promotions. Provide constant training and coaching through the company’s systems and practices.- Customer Service: Model the service excellence attitude resolve guest issues to ensure an outstanding experience. Ensure food and retail products quality and availability.- Operating procedures and policies: Monitor store performance, execute company operational procedures and systems. Conduct regular meetings to motivate, set goals and work as a team. Prepare all work schedules and manage inventory.

Requirements

You must be able to perform all of these tasks and responsibilities. Planning and budgeting experience with 3-5 years of management experience in a high-volume store.Graduate of an accredited Hospitality Management program or equivalent preferred, but not required.Must be able to work an average of 55 hours per week.Ability to manage a large team while delegating tasks and ensuring consistent follow-up.You must inspire the team to perform.
